The IQnano3D printing system is a complex high-tech solution for high-precision additive manufacturing. The 3D printing process is based on two-photon polymerization using a unique acousto-optic beam deflection system, creating an extreme writing speed while maintaining high printing resolution.
See the process from applying the printing material to the wafer, to loading it into the system, preparing the data, printing, removing the wafer, developing by washing away unpolymerized resin, drying, and finally inspection of the printed structure under an electron microscope.
